I have a professional interest in the nervous system and it's role in how we cope with trauma or stress. I use a variety of evidence-based methods to build positive coping skills and to attain your mental health goals. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care and informally, Polyvagal Theory.
Advocating for your own mental health will be the most rewarding thing you will do, and I would love to walk that journey with you.
